Caramelised Onion & Cheese Focaccia Bread
 
A freezer must-have!  The perfect piece to pull out of your freezer and wow your last minute guests.  Topped with caramelised red onions and grated cheese, this is a lovely addition to most meals or snacks.
Each bread yields approx. 35-40 mini chunks (buffet/snack tray size) or 18-24 larger chunks.
*Part-baked, finish baking as per instructions and serve warm*
