SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
All our products are freshly baked to order. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to make, bake, pack and ship your order. We work Monday - Friday. If you need your order delivered on a specific day, please contact us prior to placing your order. ​
We cannot accept responsibility for recipients not being home. It is important that we are provided with a mobile number or email address for someone at the delivery address. This is used by the courier to provide delivery tracking information and helps avoid the parcel being returned to depot should the recipient not be home.

· Shipping of non-frozen products costs £8.95
· Shipping of frozen products costs £12.49 (see below for explanation)
· Shipping of orders over £100 is free to one UK address
· We currently ship using Royal Mail next day. 99% of the parcels arrive next day!
· Our standard shipping covers most of mainland UK. There is an extra charge and longer shipping time to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please contact us if you would like more information.
· We can’t control delays made by Royal Mail during the shipping process and we aren’t liable for delays resulting from their procedures.
· We do not refund orders which are delayed due to delivery issues.
FROZEN PRODUCTS
The reason for a higher shipping cost for delivery of frozen products is because of the extra packaging needed. These will be packaged in an award winning environmentally friendly wool liner which have been designed & validated to keep your perishable products chilled below +5°C for 72 hours in the winter & 48 hours in the summer.

PICK UP
If you want to collect your order please select the "Local Pickup" option in your basket under the shipping options. Please wait for an email to notify you when the order is ready to collect.

RETURNS
Our products are made to order and as such, cannot be returned.
Orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Lastly, we take pride in our products and our standards in maintaining freshness so you can enjoy the most delicious baked treats possible. If you feel the product you received is not up to standard, send us a note at artisanhomebake@outlook.com and we will look into your specific case.
