
MY STORY
The seed to my business was planted back in 2005 when I made a few batches of fudge to keep my young family occupied during the Easter holidays! They sold it to our obliging neighbours along the street to start with, but it soon became a favourite and the demand and customer base was enlarging at a very fast rate.
By the time Christmas came and went that year, I could no longer continue with the growing demand of a family and my fast growing customer base. Over the next 15 years I continued to experiment and perfect my original fudge recipe, trialling different flavours and ingredients, and only made for family and friends.
I have loved cooking from a very young age and it was definitely a part of family life as I grew up….So once my family grew up and moved on, I was more than ready to throw myself back into what I so loved to do! Cooking!
Based in Stafford, a little town nearly in the middle of the country, we’re in the perfect location to ship wherever you are! Producing many batches of many products every week, quality is of the highest importance. We use quality products, with no artificial flavourings, traditional cooking methods and sustainable packaging.
Everything is made, weighed, cut, packed and labelled by hand. No hand made batch of fudge will ever be exactly the same, but it will always taste smooth and delicious!
