STORE POLICY

Orders & Payment: All products at Artisan Home Bake are freshly made to order. Once an order is placed it is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping: We aim to make, bake, pack and dispatch your order within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday). We ship UK-wide using Royal Mail next day delivery — 99% of parcels arrive the following day.

Shipping rates:

Orders under £12.00 — £3.99
Orders £12.00 to £35.00 — £7.99
Orders over £35.00 — Free

Please note there is an additional charge and longer delivery time to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Contact us before ordering if this applies to you.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or for parcels that cannot be delivered due to no one being home. Please ensure a valid mobile number or email address is provided at checkout so our courier can share tracking information.

Local Collection Prefer to collect? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Returns: As all products are freshly made to order we are unable to accept returns. If you have a concern about the quality of your order please get in touch at artisanhomebake@outlook.com and we will do our best to help.

Allergens: All products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, egg, nuts, milk, soya and sulphites. Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
